POSITION DESCRIPTION

At Devz, we are pursuing the revolution of software development by building an AI-powered product to create and monitor software for anyone to use. We work, collaborate, and build in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for a talented AI Scientist to help unlock further capabilities. They would help manage the end-to-end operations of marketing campaigns and digital content creation. A successful candidate should have a knack for PR and creating engaging content, a high attention to detail and the ability to juggle and organize multiple tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsible for the research and development of core AI algorithms, including but not limited to pre-trained language models and research on automatic generation optimization algorithms.
Collaborate with data engineers and software engineers to establish domain knowledge bases and improve user experience
Keep up with cutting-edge algorithmic technologies and explore the application of new technologies in actual business operations

WHAT TO BRING

3-5 years of experience developing applications using AI and/or natural language processing and generation
Familiar with AI algorithms and technologies, having published high-quality papers in AI or CV fields, and being aware of the latest research findings and trends in the field
Possesses a solid foundation in programming, with proficiency in at least one of the programming languages: Python,Java,Node; familiar with PyTorch or TensorFlow, and related AI/CV libraries
Has good data analysis and processing capabilities, able to use data mining and machine learning techniques to solve practical problems
Demonstrates team spirit and excellent communication skills, able to collaborate closely with other team members
Strong learning ability and innovative thinking, capable of quickly mastering new technologies and methods, and able to think independently and solve problems
